How it works

Sessions are usually one hour on Skype or Zoom, or can be face to face depending on location. My practice is on the Essex/Suffolk border. My fees are on sliding scale for self-funding individuals, based on ability to pay.

You can decide at the outset how often you would like us to meet and how frequently, or get in touch as and when issues arise. These sessions are for you and intended to help you move forward with your writing project, therefore you set the agenda and pace.

Everything we discuss is confidential and no one will know that you are working with me unless you chose to tell them.

If you would like to book an initial session or have any questions please get in touch with me at info@julialampshire.com

‘The therapy has helped me more than you can ever know. I was going through a really difficult time at work and you helped me find ways of dealing with the issues I was having. When I worked with you, you really inspired me with your calm approach to things and I now find it much easier to deal with stressful situations when they arise.’

Client suffering from stress

'I feel so much more confident. For the first time I can answer the question ‘so what are you good at?’ because now I know and can back it up.'

       Client with low self-esteem

'Julia has been incisive in understanding my feelings and responses, positive in finding a way forward, supportive in finding strengths in my personality in addition to focusing on elements to develop. I selected the areas I wanted to address and we worked at a pace to suit my ability to change.'
